TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: April 2026
Effective Date: April 1, 2026
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the website globepasshub.com or any of the services offered by OpenGov Services LLC ("GlobePassHub," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("you," "User," or "Applicant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our website or services.
2. ABOUT US AND OUR SERVICE
OpenGov Services LLC, operating under the brand name GlobePassHub, is an independent private service provider. We provide optional, third-party assistance with the preparation and submission of electronic travel authorization (eTA) applications for Canada.
2.1 We are NOT a government agency. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise officially connected to the Government of Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), or any other government, agency, or governmental body.
2.2 The official Government of Canada eTA application website is canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/eta/apply.html. You may apply directly through that website at any time and pay only the standard government fee of CAD $7.00.
2.3 Our service is entirely optional. By choosing to use our service, you receive professional assistance with reviewing, preparing, and submitting your application, plus customer support.
3. ELIGIBILITY
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
- Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws
4. SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENT
4.1 Total Fee Structure: The total fee charged to you when you use our service consists of two distinct components:
(a) The mandatory Government of Canada eTA fee of CAD $7.00 per applicant (passed through to the Canadian government)
(b) Our service fee for application review, submission, customer support, and ancillary services
4.2 Pricing Transparency: All fees are clearly displayed in your local currency before any payment is collected. You will see the total amount before confirming your order.
4.3 Comparison to Direct Application: If you choose to apply directly through the official Government of Canada website at canada.ca, you will pay only the CAD $7.00 government fee — no service fee. Our service fee covers our private, optional convenience services.
4.4 Payment Processing: Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store your full credit card information.
4.5 Currency: Prices may be displayed in USD or in your local currency. Exchange rates are determined by your card issuer or payment processor.
5. APPLICANT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application
- Provide a valid passport that is and will remain valid for the duration of your travel
- Carefully review all information before authorizing submission to the Government of Canada
- Promptly respond to any requests from us for additional information
- Comply with all applicable laws of Canada and your country of departure
- Use the service only for your own application or for an applicant for whom you have proper authority
5.1 You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We rely entirely on the information you provide and have no way of independently verifying it.
5.2 Providing false or misleading information to a foreign government is a serious offense that may result in denial of entry, future entry bans, fines, or criminal penalties under the laws of Canada.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF APPROVAL
The approval or denial of an eTA application is made solely by the Government of Canada. We do not guarantee that your application will be approved. We have no ability to influence or expedite the Government of Canada's decision-making process.
Processing speeds advertised on our website (e.g., "standard," "express," "rush") refer only to the speed at which our team will review and submit your application — not the speed at which the Government of Canada will process and decide on your application.
