Who We Are
GlobePassHub is a brand operated by OpenGov Services LLC, a private limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States. We provide independent, third-party assistance services for travelers preparing electronic travel authorization (eTA) applications for Canada. We are a professional service business — we are not a government agency, government contractor, or authorized government representative of any kind.
Our Independent Status
GlobePassHub and OpenGov Services LLC are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to the Government of Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), or any other government, governmental agency, or governmental department in Canada or elsewhere. The official Government of Canada eTA application website is canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/eta/apply.html. Applicants are free to apply directly through that official website at any time and pay only the standard government fee of CAD $7.00.
What We Do
Our team provides convenience services such as: reviewing application information for completeness and obvious errors before submission; submitting the application to the official Government of Canada eTA system on the applicant's behalf; providing customer support and status updates throughout the process; and forwarding approval notifications received from the Government of Canada to the applicant by email. We do not provide legal advice, immigration advice, visa consulting, or any service that would require licensing as an immigration consultant or lawyer.
What We Do Not Do
We do not issue travel authorizations — only the Government of Canada can do that. We do not guarantee that any application will be approved — only the Government of Canada makes that determination. We do not influence the decision of the Government of Canada in any way. We cannot expedite the official government review process; processing speeds we offer relate only to how quickly we prepare and submit your application on our end. We do not provide legal advice or immigration consulting.
Pricing Transparency
We charge a service fee that includes the mandatory Government of Canada eTA fee of CAD $7.00 (approximately USD $5.00) plus our professional service fee. The total price is clearly displayed before any payment is made. Applicants who do not need our assistance services can apply directly through the official Government of Canada website at canada.ca for the CAD $7.00 government fee only — no additional charges.

We clearly disclose our independent status on every page of our website, in every email, and at every step of the application process. We do not use deceptive design patterns, hidden fees, or imply any government affiliation.
