OpenGov Services LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. "GlobePassHub" is a brand name used by OpenGov Services LLC.

2. INDEPENDENT PRIVATE SERVICE

OpenGov Services LLC, doing business as "GlobePassHub," is an independent private service provider. We are NOT a government agency, NOT a government contractor, and NOT an authorized representative of any government.

We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government of Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), or any other governmental agency or authority. Despite the inclusion of the abbreviation "Gov" in our legal name, our company is purely a private commercial entity and the abbreviation refers to our business focus on assisting clients with administrative documentation, not to any governmental status or authority.

3. NATURE OF SERVICES

We facilitate the preparation and submission of eTA applications on behalf of clients who choose our optional convenience service. We do not issue travel authorizations, visas, or any other government document.

Applying directly through the official website costs CAD $7.00 per applicant — no service fee is charged. Our service is entirely optional.

5. SERVICE FEES AND DISCLOSURE

Our fees include both:

(a) the mandatory Government of Canada eTA fee of CAD $7.00 (passed through to the government), and

(b) our professional service fee for application review, submission, and customer support.

All fees are clearly displayed before checkout. Our service fee is for our private convenience service and is in addition to the government's CAD $7.00 fee.

We do not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or visa consulting. If you require legal or immigration advice, consult a licensed immigration consultant or attorney in your jurisdiction.
