Our services are limited to optional, private, third-party assistance for individuals who choose to use our help to prepare and submit electronic travel authorization (eTA) applications for Canada.

We perform no act that requires governmental licensing or appointment. We do not provide immigration legal advice, and we do not represent applicants before any government agency.

4. APPLY DIRECTLY THROUGH THE GOVERNMENT (RECOMMENDED IF YOU DO NOT NEED ASSISTANCE)

Applicants are free to apply directly through the official Government of Canada eTA website at:

The official Government of Canada eTA fee is CAD $7.00 per applicant. When applying directly through canada.ca, no additional service fee is charged by the Government of Canada.

5. OUR FEES

Our fees include the mandatory Government of Canada eTA fee of CAD $7.00 (passed through to the government) plus a service fee for our professional review, submission, and customer support services. The total amount is clearly displayed before payment.

Our service fee is the price of our optional convenience service — it is not a government tax, government fee, or government charge.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF APPROVAL

We do not guarantee that any travel authorization application will be approved. The decision to approve or deny an eTA application is made solely by the Government of Canada. We have no influence over that decision.
